Warnings and review limits
- Beta tool changes persistent city parking lots, roads/paths/surfaces, economy and related entities. Back up the city and test a separate save before adding, updating or removing; clean removal, crash-free operation and saved-city integrity were not runtime verified.
- Automatic crash detection may create local ZIP reports with game/system/mod details and log excerpts. Redaction removes common Steam IDs and the current username, not every possible private value; inspect before voluntarily uploading. No automatic upload.
- Log maintenance deletes older own reports and keeps the last 1,000 build-journal entries. Preserve wanted reports elsewhere; debug tracing can affect performance.
- Requires external Unified Icon Library and Asset Icon Library. Harmony 2.2.2 is bundled and can conflict with another Harmony version.
- Public install instructions target Windows Cities: Skylines II. Bundled native platform stubs do not establish macOS/Linux game support. Exact artifacts reviewed statically; runtime compatibility and source-to-binary reproducibility unverified.
What changes in Cities: Skylines II?
Draw a polygon to create a working parking lot with bays, aisles, road connections, entrances, markings and selectable surfaces; cars use real parking lanes. Lot can be edited and bulldozed as one object.

Getting started
Back up your city and test a separate save. Install Unified Icon Library (Paradox 74417) and Asset Icon Library (79634). Extract the entire ParkingLotTool folder into %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II\Mods\; retain bundled DLL, UI and PDB files.
