Adds a configurable /trash inventory to supported Minecraft servers.

Warnings and review limits
- Items left in the trash inventory are deleted by default on close or quit; shutdown and stale-session cleanup also clear an active trash inventory.
- Stats and file logging default on, use unbounded single-thread queues and have no built-in trash.log rotation. Busy servers should configure cooldowns and monitor or rotate logs.
- Only Minecraft 1.13, 1.13.1 and 1.13.2 are confirmed by the listing; wider compatibility in bundled comments was not verified. Static review did not run a server or its dependencies.
